The Blue Devils are rested and ready to climb back up into the national rankings at the ACC Championships in Kernersville, N.C., Friday. After a week’s break from competition, both the men and women enter the ACC Championships ranked fourth in the Southeast region and just outside the top 30 teams nationally according to the most recent U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association poll. With the healthiest and fastest runners competing, Duke could break into the top 30 this weekend, putting both teams in position to qualify for the NCAA Championships.
